Shipping Policy
Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)​

Free shipping is available for orders over $50.00.

Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.
International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries (currently NZ, USA, CA).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Carriers:

We use a range of different carriers to try and keep the cost down for our customers.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Tales and Trinkets are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Return & Exchange Policy
If you encounter any of the following issues, please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving your items:

Your item(s) arrive damaged.

You believe there is a fault with your product(s).
Process:

Notification: Email us with details of the issue and include photos of the damaged or faulty items.

Assessment: We will review your request and notify you of our decision.

Resolution: If we determine the product is damaged or faulty by no fault of the customer, we will arrange for a refund or replacement.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Replacements:
Replacement items (if sent) will be dispatched within 5-7 business days, subject to availability.
Important Notes:
Tales and Trinkets reserves the right to reject return/refund requests if we determine the damage was caused by the customer.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases or items not cared for according to our instructions (e.g., placing a hand-wash-only item in a dishwasher).
